JOB DESCRIPTION:
Maintenance Technicians are an integral part of ensuring the delivery of quality services to our clients. The perfect candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and responsible. In addition, they must demonstrate good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work as a team.
Maintenance Technician
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Arrive to work at scheduled time daily

Load, maintain, and operate machines and equipment safely
-
Track services provided
-
Collect receipts for all materials purchased
-
Operate equipment such as mowers, spreaders, and aerators
-
Perform vehicle and equipment maintenance checks
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
-
Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance with clients and coworkers

Maintain a clean and organized workshop space
QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Valid Driver’s license
-
Familiarity with tools and equipment
-
Previous work experience in Landscape maintenance
-
High School Diploma preferred
Landscape Technician
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-
Arrive to work at scheduled times daily

Gather and load materials and equipment onto trucks
-
Remove and install material according to designs
-
Construct hardscapes (retaining walls, fire pits, etc.)
-
Operate heavy machinery such as trenchers, jackhammers, loaders, etc.

Install, repair, and maintain irrigation systems as needed
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain a positive attitude

Maintain a clean and organized workshop space
QUALIFICATIONS:

Valid Driver’s license

Familiarity with tools, equipment and basic knowledge of plants preferred

Previous work experience in the Landscaping field preferred

Ability to lift 50-100 lbs
